Disseminate is installed using pip.

  $ pip install disseminate

TeX Live

(Optional) Rendering PDFs requires a LaTeX installation.

The needed packages can be installed on a TeXLive distribution.

   $ sudo tlmgr update --self
   $ sudo tlmgr install easylist enumitem tufte-latex
